HELP! How do I correct the time??

Purchased this watch for myself. I'm trying to correct the time and can't figure out how; no instructions included with product and stuffed if I can find an answer via Google. I'm potentially overlooking something that's easy easy but I'm confused as to what to do. Anyone please have the solution?
